The carrying out of day to day responsive repairs and maintenance to Council buildings. The services shall include, but is not limited to: - General plumbing repairs - Joinery work - Electrical work - Glazing repairs - Roofing repairs - Painting and decorating - Plastering and wet trades - General building maintenance and repairs - Other associated and similar general repair and maintenance activities including the provision of support and advice if required.
