The Authority is seeking to establish a select list of licensed Scrap Metal Dealers to provide de-polluted scrap cars that simulate a road worthy condition, for training purposes to locations around the Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Services geographical area. This must include delivery and collection of the vehicles by the Scrap Metal Dealer.
