Scale to meet current and future requirements in both scale & complexity. Utilise and integrate where possible with existing systems and data sources. Transfer that data in real time to a central location. Apply descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics to identify any deviations in the system that are likely to result in a loss of performance in the network. The overall outcome will be for UU to achieve a Level 4 Systems Thinking approach
