The primary objective of the Contract is to for the supply of electrical and mechanical services, expertise and parts as required to provide an effective planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme and emergency repairs to the Ventilation and Air Conditioning for the Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service and Replacement of Air-Conditioning Units.
