States Analyst; ICP-MS; Feb 2020 - ICP-MS, Associated Servicing & Support

In light of the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we would like to offer the opportunity for you to re-submit (with amendments, if applicable) your proposal in relation to our on-going tender process for an ICP-MS. To ensure transparency and fairness, all bids that have been received up to 22nd June 2020 in relation to the below tender opportunity have not been opened and will be void: “39260 - States Analyst; ICP-MS; Feb 2020 - ICP-MS, Associated Servicing & Support” There has been no change to either our requirement or the previously supplied tender documentation, however, in light of the travel and distancing restrictions that are still in place due to Covid-19, the only specific change that we would now like to request for inclusion in your proposal is as follows; Each bidder is to include their suggested method, to enable a hardware evaluation to be carried out by the States of Guernsey evaluation team. This would usually involve a team of 4 or 5 States of Guernsey representatives visiting a site (previous customer or bidders own purpose built location) to view the equipment in operation and to partake in a live demonstration. Due to the current restrictions, this will not be possible. Please detail your proposed solution to enable a hardware evaluation to be carried out.
