The decommissioning of 5nr existing air handling units, and the replacement of these with 5nr new air handling units, including associated works. In order to minimise the effect of the works on the users of the operating theatres, the works will be undertaken on a phased basis, with the replacement units being completed sequentially.

The works centre on the decommissioning and removal of 5nr air handing units currently serving the orthopaedic operating theatres and replacing these with new units. The tender is strictly restricted to invited participants only and all other submission from bidders not having been selected via prior PQQ exercise will be unopened.
