SSC is looking to appoint up to 8 suppliers to a new services framework to help effectively deliver their PR24 customer insight and research programme. Suppliers on the framework will be able to bid for multiple upcoming projects and SSC will purchase consultation services to aid SSC to deliver key business objectives such as having a customer engagement approach that continually helps to deliver service innovations and improvements for all our customers and the wider communities we serve – evidenced from feedback from customers and regulatory bodies, alongside feedback from our independent customer panel. Suppliers will help continuously engage with and gain feedback from all our customer segments and wider stakeholder groups in a collaborative way to ensure our business plans, long-term and day-to-day, are built around their priorities and needs. Finally, ensure our customer insight plan is aligned to key water regulatory requirements.
