STSB-GH-ITT - Havelet Slipway Repairs 2022
The States of Guernsey through the States Trading Supervisory Board is seeking expressions of interest from Contractors capable of undertaking Civil Engineering works to repair the damaged Havelet Slipway The repairs will include the demolition and removal of the existing concrete slabs, removal of some of the existing infill material and replacement with specified infill, casting new concrete slabs and the installation of Stainless steel dowels. There will also be a requirement to remove some existing granite cope stones and to recover copestones and debris from the adjacent area.
You are requested to complete this pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) to assist the States Trading Supervisory Board to decide which suppliers to short list to invite to tender.
The PQQ is structured so that the States obtains information on the supplier’s experience, ability, suitability and history. Also an outline understanding of how the requirement will be provided, by whom and the relationships between the various parties. The department reserves the right to select the short list to tender based on evaluation of the responses and information made available to it. Its decision will be final.
