TVBC are looking for fully qualified and certified Mechanical services contractors to offer a quotation to undertake the boiler plant replacement, including new systems controls, building services upgrades and all associated ancillary and builders works at the TVBC West Portway Depot. The contractor must prove competency, provide information of similar previously completed projects, and independent client references for review. Bids will be evaluated on 70% Cost and 30% Quality Works shall be completed no later than the middle of September 2019.
