The main categories of works included in the proposed programme are renewal of the main electrical circuit boards; window replacements to all elevations; heating distribution pipework; and roofing repairs to the nursery block. In addition to the work categories listed above, there is the conversion of a large redundant undercroft space to create of a new classroom.
