Merseyside Police along with its partners in the Merseyside Road Safety Partnership wishes to install an average speed camera system to allow enforcement of the 50mph section of the A41 New Ferry – Rock Ferry Bypass, Wirral. This is a 2 lane dual carriageway and all 4 lanes require enforcement capability. These cameras will need to be integrated into the current back office system.
