Construction of the new Greenwood Resource Centre on Greenwood Place utilising two council buildings - 25 Greenwood Place (a former hostel) and 37 Greenwood Place which currently houses a service commissioned by ASC administered by The Camden Society, for people with learning disabilities to provide a 3228 m2 new resource and community centre for adult social care (use class D1) with associated outside space and garden.
