The purpose of this market engagement is to define the initial scope and procurement requirements for a Specialist Highway Surfacing and Pavement Preservation Framework to support the delivery of the City of Doncaster Council's Highway Asset Management Strategy. The framework will enable the Council to engage specialist contractors for preventative maintenance, carriageway preservation, network renewal and surface treatment activities. The framework will provide access to specialist techniques that extend pavement life, improve network condition, reduce whole-life costs, minimise carbon emissions, and support the Council's risk-based asset management approach.
