The supplies are for use in a premium spa environment (Turkish Baths Harrogate) and must withstand rigorous commercial laundering while maintaining their feel, colour integrity, and functional performance. The objective of this RFI is to gauge market capability, assess potential suppliers' product quality, technical specifications, sustainability credentials, and expertise in managing textile supply for a high-end spa facility. The information gathered will be used to refine the final tender specification and determine a realistic whole-life cost model for the supplies.
