CBMC-PTR-213-2025-26 - Market Engagement Event for Voices in Recovery: A Lived Experience Evaluation of Substance Use Service

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is holding a market engagement event for an upcoming tender to deliver the Voices in Recovery: A Lived Experience Evaluation of Substance Use Service. This service is designed to ensure the voices of people with lived experience of alcohol and/or drug-related harm are central to informing and shaping local treatment and recovery services. The successful provider will facilitate co-production between lived experience individuals and affected others, communities and businesses effected, and service commissioners to influence service development and local policy. The contract details are as follows: • Annual Value: £150,000 (excluding VAT) • Contract Term: An initial 2-year period, with two potential 1-year extensions (2+1+1) • Total Potential Value: £600,000 (excluding VAT) over the full four-year period Potential providers are invited to attend this event to learn more about the service specification and the upcoming procurement process
