100440 - Mechanical Commissioning Works - Leeds Building Services

Leeds Building Services (LBS) have a requirement for a subcontractor to perform mechanical commissioning works on behalf of LBS. 

We have attached an example previous specification for Rothwell Leisure Centre that we require subcontractors to price against. 

There are two specification drawings within the external document section of YORtender stating the details of specific plant such as control valves, heat exchangers, pumps and sensors.

On the tender submission contractors are to include the following items for evaluation purposes:

• A fitter’s balance for radiators 
• Flow rates setting for each identified circuit as per drawing
• Pump speeds to be commissioned for LTHW heating and domestic hot water

Important Information

Please ensure that your company has registered on the government Central Digital Platform – this is now required in addition to your YORtender registration. Without a CDP registration your company details will not be available to us for all parts of the tender process.

Tender Close Date: 12 Noon Thursday 1st July 2025
