Test Valley Borough Council owns the freehold of the Chantry Centre, Andover. The property is a retail shopping centre located at the heart of the town that also includes an office element. The Council requires a provider to deliver the following services: the marketing and negotiation of new lettings, marketing advice, management and negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals, assignments and subleases. In addition, the Council requires the same services for its investment properties at Bitterne, Shirley and Newbury.
