97036 - Water Management Control and Monitoring of Legionella in the Councils Buildings

Leeds Building Services (LBS) have a requirement for a subcontractor to support Leeds Building Services’ Water Management Team in delivering Legionella services on behalf of Leeds City Council.

This contract will be to undertake:

  • Control and Monitoring visits for Leeds City Council properties, checking water systems for correct temperatures and sentinel outlets, cyclical visits to Cold Water Storage Tanks and shower cleaning.
  • Legionella Risk Assessment for Leeds City Council properties.
  • Sampling for Legionella bacteria where required.
