The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) is a not for profit company whose primary objective is ‘to provide a structure for Higher Education Institutions mutually to secure value for money in matters relating to the procurement of goods and services’.
The NWUPC has a requirement to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of {$project.name}. The NWUPC is establishing the Framework Agreement as a central purchasing body for itself and Its Members (Other Contracting Bodies (OCB)). NWUPC is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the “Regulations”) on behalf of members of APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, NWUPC and SUPC. Members referred to in the Notice may also participate in the Framework Agreement.
