RD&E Hospital Emergency Department Reconfiguration
Appointment of Clerk of Works
The Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust wish to appoint a Clerk of works required with immediate start for minimum 9-month period full time.
This is for major £24m expansion of Emergency department at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust Wonford site. The role will also cover £7m major electrical infrastructure works.
Ideally the successful candidate will be ICWCI registered with a proven track record of healthcare construction and good knowledge of CDM Regulations. Reporting direct to the Capital project manager.
The Clerk of works will be required to liaise with the principal contractor, user groups, clinical teams, design teams, review RAMS and produce daily inspection reports.
