Period of framework agreement: 1^st November 2021 to 31^st October 2023 with options to extend for any period up to 24 months

This procurement is being conducted under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and managed by the Peninsula Purchasing and Supply Alliance on behalf of Royal Devon & Exeter NHS Foundation Trust acting for itself and the following organisations:

• Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust
• Somerset NHS Foundation Trust
• Torbay & South Devon NHS Foundation Trust
• University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust

• Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
• Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust
• North Bristol NHS Trust
• Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Foundation Trust

The closing date for all tender responses is Friday 18^th June 2021 at 12:00 noon

The deadline for any clarifications regarding the tender documentation is Wednesday 9th June 2020 at 17:00.
