There are 17 files that you should be able to download. There is the Tender response document and the commercial schedule which need completion and submitting together with any requested information in the tender response document as well in support of your bid.
The files are as follows:-
Procurement Instructions, Timetable, Supplier Questionnaire and the evaluation of it, Specification, Tender response document, Commercial Schedule and excel spreadsheet for completion, Key performance indicators, Evaluation model and worked examples, Contract formation and NHS Terms being used, Form of Tender, Guarantee (if applicable), Conflict of Interest and non-collusion.
Clarification questions need to be submitted by 11th of October and if you are interested in bidding please submit your response by the deadline which is the 29th of October 2021 as detailed in the procurement timetable.
