BF0546 - Social Media Management Tool

Bedfordshire Fire and Rescue Authority (BFRA) have a social media presence consisting of 16 Facebook pages and 3 Twitter Feeds. This number may increase to 25 social media accounts. In order to effectively manage any risks associated with the misuse of Social Media BFRA requires a Social Media Management Tool that can provide each user of social media with their own unique log-in, which can have access and privileges set to meet the requirements of an individual’s role.
