 Dear Tenderer:

Subject: Tender for Estate Regeneration Programme - Development Manager for Central Hill & Fenwick

Thank you for your interest in tendering for the Estate Regeneration programme – Development Manager for Central Hill and Fenwick estates.

This tender is split into two lots – Lot 1 – Central Hill, Lot 2 – Fenwick. This tender opportunity is a restricted tender, at this stage we have included the documents below; however, we only require responses to the Business Questionnaire and the questions outlined in the PQQ (see PQQ for more information). Successful tenderers from the PQQ stage will then be invited to complete the ITT stage for specific Lots.  At this stage, tenderers have the opportunity to bid for both lots, are encouraged to bid in a consortium and to make clear whether they have a preference for one or other lots or both, and why.

An open day will be held on each of the two estates during the weeks commencing 15th February and 22nd February for tenderers to meet the Council project team and ask questions about the tender and the estate.  Timings of these two open days will be communicated through a clarification during week commencing 8th February.

Please ensure you download and read all supporting documents, these include:

1.    PQQ document including questions which must be responded too

2.    ITT document – for information only

3.    Pricing document – for information only

4.    Lambeth’s DMA – for information only

All Tender and supporting information MUST be submitted electronically through this system.  Suppliers who attempt to submit their Tenders late will not be accepted.

Tenders must be submitted through this system only and no alteration may be made to the Form of Tender (see Appendix 2 in the ITT document) or accompanying documents.  If any alteration is made, or if the instructions are not fully complied with the Tender will be rejected.  In accordance with the Instructions for Tendering, all queries or requests for additional information should be directed to the Council through this system's messaging facility.

An automatic receipt of tender will be notified to the Council, however should you choose not to Tender for this provision, I would be most appreciative of notification of this, along with the reasons why, through the electronic system.

For the duration of the Tendering exercise all further interaction between your company and London Borough of Lambeth Procurement will be conducted by the messaging function in the electronic system.

Yours sincerely,
