The Council seeks to appoint an experienced organisation ("the Supplier ") to deliver, two key delivery elements under the Get York North Yorkshire Working Economically Inactive Trailblazer Programme: - Community Grants Programme Management, and; - Wage Subsidy Employment Programme Support The appointed organisation (“the Supplier”) will be responsible for: - the full end-to-end management of the grants programme, ensuring transparent, compliant, efficient and high-quality delivery. - outreach support and coordination of participants into job roles as part of the Wage Subsidy Programme
