North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) is seeking to engage with the market to inform the future commissioning of a Non-Convicted Perpetrator Programme (NCPP), and to gather insight and feedback from the market to support this process. The Programme is intended to be available to perpetrators of intimate partner violence of all genders aged 16+ who wish to work on behaviour change, particularly where abuse is an established and ongoing pattern requiring structured, longer-term intervention.
