Equals Trust has issued a tender inviting contractors to provide ICT Managed Services. The contract focuses on delivering cost-effective, high-quality support (technical support, systems management and consultancy) with transparent, all-inclusive pricing and a single point of contact for all IT needs, including coordination with third-party providers. The successful contractor will manage the Trust’s full IT lifecycle—from advice and installation through day-to-day support—plus provide brief user guidance for onboarding (access, storage, protocols). Contractors must have education-sector experience (including DfE awareness), suitably qualified staff with clear communication skills, flexibility to adapt over the contract term, and an innovative approach aligned to the Trust’s vision—particularly delivering a successful cloud migration across all sites. They must also provide hands-on support for devices and systems (e.g., Android/Apple setup, software installs, MFD connections, troubleshooting/repairs) and build strong collaborative relationships with other providers, ensuring staff and students feel confident using ICT resources.
