Market Engagement Event - Enhanced Care Framework

Sheffield City Council is proposing to establish an Enhanced Care Framework for people over the age of 16 years old who have a learning disability and/or autism, who display behaviours of distress including those with a mental health condition. Providers are invited to attend market engagement events relating to the following Lots under this framework: Lot 1 - Enhanced Supported Living Lot 2 – Severe Multiple Disadvantage Lot 3 - Care and Nursing Home Lot 4 - Planned Enhanced Overnight Short Breaks Lot 5 – Emergency Overnight Short Breaks Lot 6 – Crisis / Bridging support
