CBMC-PTR-236-2025-32 - Entertainment Provision (Darley Street Markets)

City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is inviting quotations for the provision of Entertainment Service at Darley Street Market. The contract will require the successful supplier to plan, book, coordinate and deliver live entertainment and performances to support the market's programme of events and activities. This includes liaison with artists and performers, scheduling, coordination of technical and operational requirements, and support for associated marketing activity. The Contract is expected to be for an initial period of one (1) year, with the option to extend for up to two (2) further one-year periods (1+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance and in accordance with the Council's requirements. The maximum contract term is therefore three (3) years. The estimated annual contract value is up to £50,000 per annum (excluding VAT). This figure is an estimate only and the Council gives no guarantee as to the actual value of services commissioned under the Contract. All cost associated with delivery of the service, including artist fees, management and administration, technical equipment, third-party services, marketing materials and any other necessary expenses, must be included within the supplier's submitted pricing. Suppliers are required to complete and submit: 1- The ITQ supplier Submission document 2- The Pricing Matrix All documents must be fully completed and uploaded via the YORtender e-tendering portal by the stated deadline. All clarification questions and quotation submission must be submitted via the YORtender portal. Submission received by any other method will not be accepted.
