TW/2026 - Pre-Market Engagement for Supply of Highways Materials and Rock Salt

Hull City Council is inviting suppliers to take part in a Pre‑Market Engagement (PME) opportunity that will help shape the future procurement of Highways Materials and Rock Salt. By participating, suppliers can gain early insight into a framework valued at approximately £590,000 per year and contribute ideas that support service improvements, innovation and efficiency across the sector. While the PME is not a competition and does not affect future tender positioning, it offers suppliers a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the Authority, understand forthcoming Lots, and prepare for a significant upcoming procurement.
