HB Barrier Safety Improvement Scheme (Design & Build)

 

Dear Tenderer,

 

 

On behalf of Humber Bridge Board (HBB), I am pleased to invite you to submit a Tender for the HB Barrier Safety Improvement Scheme (Design & Build).

 

The Invitation to Tender documentation sets out HBB’s requirements, the procurement process, and the basis of evaluation. Tenderers must ensure that their submission is fully compliant with the Instructions to Suppliers and all associated schedules.

 

Tenders must be submitted electronically via the Humber Bridge portal ( https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=hb (../../login.asp?B=hb) ) by the published deadline. Submissions received after the deadline or by any other means will not be considered.

 

All clarification requests must be submitted through the Humber Bridge portal in accordance with the Procurement Timetable. Tenderers should not contact HBB officers directly in relation to this procurement.

 

HBB reserves the right to amend the tender documentation or procurement timetable in accordance with applicable procurement legislation.
