Dear Bidder,  

You are invited to tender a fixed price quote for the refurbishment works at Mandela Community Centre, Chapletown Road, Leeds LS7 3HY.

We are looking all works within our tender to be priced including prelims, without blank spaces, either N/a, Inc or N/Inc will be sufficed. We do except lump sums, if you are making amendments to an item please highlight. Any additions to the tender will be dealt with on site by way of a variation.

Please include for all access equipment associated with your works, protection (especially to Sports Hall floor), and a final clean.

It would be prudent to visit site within the tender period to assess the works and access.

The scheme requires a tight turnaround with a completion of works by the 2nd week of April 2026. We appreciate that this maybe to much work within a short program period, but if there areas that you will not be able to complete within the time frame, please note within your tender letter and noting the item reference.

We ask that bidders to include within their tender returns:

  • Advice on any extended lead times for materials, if applicable.
  • Proposed project period

Please provide a full breakdown of your costs within the tender return.  The works will be managed under a JCT MW contract 2024 with amendments.
