Expression of Interest for: Renovation and Disabled Extension works in both Occupied and Empty Domestic Premises across the Bradford District.

The Council will be looking to procure General Building & Construction contractors who are interested in gaining approval onto a Framework Agreement to carry out Renovation works and/or Disabled adapted extension works across the Bradford District.

Before publishing the tender documents and inviting Contractors to submit tender responses, the Council is considering hosting a pre-market engagement event.

The objective of the event is to:

• Meet the Council’s Contract Manager(s) who will provide additional information around the works required under the Framework Agreement and how it will operate.
• Provide support in relation to the requirements under the New Procurement Act and give an overview of the Councils new tendering documents.
• Provide an opportunity for potential bidders to ask questions regarding any of the above.

The event can either be held on-line using Microsoft Teams or in person at a Bradford City Centre Location. The times the event can be held are in the morning between 10.00 – 11.00, in the afternoon between 2.00 – 3.00 or in the evening between 6.00 – 7.00. There is also the option for more than one event to be arranged.
