Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) seeks to engage with service providers in relation to the provision of a support provider for supported living for autistic adults at Dillington Mews in Barnsley. Dillington Mews is a 6-person purpose built supported living service for autistic adults. Each of the unit is a single person apartment. There is a separate staff office. The service is currently staffed 24/7 with additional 1:1 commissioned for individual need as necessary. The commissioning intention is that the outcome of this market engagement will feed into a procurement exercise in early 2026. This may result in a contract commencement in the autumn of 2026. A supplier presentation briefing session will be held on Thursday 22nd January 2026 at 14:00 via MS Teams. The session is expected to last no more than 1 hour. A maximum of two representatives per supplier organisation may attend the session. For further information, please download and review the Pre-Market Engagement - Document for Suppliers. To confirm attendance to the session, please complete and submit Appendix 1 via YORtender by the deadline of 12noon on 21/01/2026.
