Dear Bidder,  

You are invited to tender a fixed price quote for the Wall Tie Replacement Works at Yeadon Westfield Junior School, New Road, Yeadon, Leeds LS19 7HW

The scope of the work involves:

  • Existing cavity wall ties to be removed via removal of existing mortar joints and brickwork where required. Installation of new “Helical” dry fix cavity wall ties to E18.

 Project Programme/Key Dates

  • Project Lead-in Period: 4 weeks
  • Estimated Commencement of Works on Site: TBC
  • Estimated Completion Date: TBC
  • Project Duration is 4-week Project
  • Tender Return Date: 23.12.2025, 12:00 noon
  • Mobilisation period  : 2 weeks
  • Estimated Contract Start Date: TBC
  • Estimated Contract End date:  TBC

We ask that bidders to include within their tender returns:

  • Advice on any extended lead times for materials, if applicable.

Please provide a full breakdown of your costs within the tender return.  The works will be managed under a JCT minor works contract 2024 with amendments.
