Dear Sirs/Madam,
Leeds Building Services (LBS) has a requirement for a sub-contractor to strip out and replace the existing central supply and extract ventilation system at the Millennium Square Under Croft, LS2 3AD.
The HVAC system is 25 years old and beyond its operational life expectancy and is therefore due for replacement.
