This tender is being procured using the Open Tender Procedure under Regulation 27 of the the Public Contract Regulations 2015.

Site visits are being held on Thursday 27 February between 9-10am and 3-4pm. Bidders should indicate which visit they plan to attend, using the message function on the portal.
