The Portland Square Building (PSQ) is a large signature building on the main campus of the University. It comprises of 3 x five storey buildings linked together in a staggered footprint. The requirement is to provide remedial works to the existing, inoperable, plank ventilation system. Including the replacement of defective actuators and controls which will be issued to the winning contractor by the University.
