T/RG131/24 - Development of FIB Lamella Cleaning Recipe for Pure Cu & CuCrZr
The objective of this work package is for a feasibility study to demonstrate Focused Ion Beam (FIB) cleaning methodology for pure un-irradiated Cu and CuCrZr using an existing method that has been previously demonstrated on other samples elsewhere.
