CW/25 - Further Competition Cycle to Work Salary Sacrifice Scheme (ESPO Framework 319_23- Lot 2)

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations for the provision of a Cycle to Work Salary Sacrifice Scheme. The tender is a restricted further competition procedure consisting of a one stage process through the ESPO Framework 319_23- Lot 2. The contract is anticipated to commence 5 January 2026 ending by 28 February 2028. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be between £125,000-£165,000 per annum The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
