This is a direct award under Framework Agreement RM 6099 Framework (Transport Technology and Associated Services). All Terms & Conditions of the Framework are applicable to this further competition and subsequent contract.
Bidders are required to complete Section 4 – Pricing Matrix, Section 5 – Supplier Proposal, Section 8 – Form of Tender, Section 9 – Non-Collusion Certificate and Section 10 – Freedom of Information.
