Stop smoking workforce training and development 25/26

Leeds Health and Care Academy have agreed to the development and testing of a Peer Observation and Support Training Package for Stop Smoking Practitioners across Leeds, to enhance skills, confidence, and collaboration through structured peer learning. This programme will support professional development, increase quality of service delivery, and help establish a sustainable local peer support network.
