Fire safety works to include: • Removal of the existing metal fire escape and replacement with new galvanised fire escape. • Replacement of fire exit doors. • Replacement of glazing to fire rated (and fixed shut). • Installation of emergency lighting to escape route. • Relocation of air conditioning units. • Installation of appropriate signage. • Associated works to brickwork, pointing, etc.
