Good morning,
Thank you for logging on to the system to see if you can provide support to the child and their family who require short breaks support in the Keyingham area (HU12 9).
The tender deadline is on Friday 30 May 2025 at 12 noon.
Staffing is 1:1, hours - Summer Holiday hours only (July-Aug 2025) up to a maximum of 27 hours total in this period.
You will find attached the Lot 1 Non-Personal Care referral document. Within Appendix A there will be the referral information outlining the needs of the child/young person, including when the support is required.
If you are able to meet the needs of this child, please complete ‘Section Two’ within the Lot 1 Non-Personal Care referral and upload to submit your response.
