Dear Bidder,
You are invited to tender a fixed price quote for the roofing works at West End Primary School West End Lane, Horsforth, Leeds, LS18 5JP.
The scope of the work involves:
- Strip off existing flat roof system back to its deck and supply and install new insulated roofing system to provide a min 25year manufacturers guarantee. This may include a new window subject to finished roof surface levels
ROOFING SYSTEM IS TO BE A SIGnature FELT SYSTEM AS DETAILED WITHIN THE TENDER DOCUMENTS AND MUST COME WITH A 20 YEAR MANUFACTURES WARRANTY AND INSURANCED BACKED GUARANTEE.
Project Programme/Key Dates
- Project Lead-in Period: 4 weeks
- Estimated Commencement of Works on Site: 21st July 2025
- Estimated Completion Date: 29th August 2025
- This is a 6-week
We ask that bidders to include within their tender returns:
- Advice on any extended lead times for materials, if applicable.
Please provide a full breakdown of your costs within the tender return. The works will be managed under a JCT minor works contract 2024 with amendments.
