Hull City Council (The Authority) is advertising an opportunity from the Council's Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework using Direct Award via rotation with Lot 1a Bridges Scheme Specific to provide serviced for Investigation works to the Deck of Hessle Road Flyover, Kingston Upon Hull .
