Kingston upon Hull City Council is advertising an opportunity from the Council’s Engineering and Professional Services framework using the Direct award via rotation with Lot 1a Bridges Scheme Specific to provide Services related to the strengthening and maintenance works to Millennium bridge, Kingston Upon Hull.
