LO2024 - Concessionary Fares Bureau Card

This is a 2 year agreement with EUCLID to provide services for the Authority’s Concessionary Fares Customer Portal (the Concessionary Fares Bureau) and the supply of concessionary travel cards (Card Management System (CMS) via call-off from existing public services framework contract (SAM). The contract is commencing from 1st April 2024 ending by 31st March 2026. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £40,500 overall.
