We are pleased to invite you to submit a tender for the supply and installation of land drainage and construction of footpaths as part of our works to install a brand new play area at Lotherton Hall. This project is a key component of our development plan and we are seeking experienced and reliable contractors to ensure its successful completion.
Project Overview:
The scope of work includes the supply and installation of land drainage consisting of perforated pipe, inspection chambers, sustainable drainage swales and also the construction of footpaths. All drawings and specification contained in the attached tender documents. The project aims to enhance the existing play area site, improve accessibility and drainage.
Key Requirements:
- Experience and Expertise: We are looking for suitable contractors with a track record in similar projects.
- Timeline: The project is expected to commence in January 2025 upon successful award.
