The West Yorkshire Combined Authority (the CA) is looking to appoint a Consultancy firm to manage and deliver an evaluation of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) Programme that is being delivered over the period, 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2025. The information obtained from the evaluation will be used to improve existing and/or future interventions, meet accountability and transparency obligations, and build the evidence base to inform future programme design and decision-making.
